Terms of Service

1. The service

Teleport: Spot (“Spot”) is a 360° observation game by Teleport. These terms govern your use of the Spot app and related services at spot.teleport.eco and spot-api.teleport.eco.

2. Accounts

Accounts are optional and store only your game progress, profile, friends, and content you choose to upload. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account.

3. Your content

Rooms you capture stay on your device unless you sign in and back them up. Publish only spaces you own or have permission to share, without personal information; detectable faces are blurred automatically. You keep ownership of your content and grant Teleport a license to host and display it as needed to run the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

4. Purchases

Spot Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

• No uploading of unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No capturing private spaces or people without consent.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teleport is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page.
